How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 2-3 days in advance for standard cakes and 7 days for customized designs to ensure availability.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for a selection of our best-selling cakes if the order is placed before 12:00 PM, subject to slot availability.
Are your cakes suitable for people with allergies?
While we offer eggless and low-sugar options, our cakes are prepared in a facility that handles nuts, soy, dairy, and wheat. Please check the product description for specific allergen info.
What is your return and refund policy?
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or damage during delivery, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt for a resolution.
How should I store my cake after delivery?
Most of our cakes should be kept refrigerated at all times and consumed within 2-3 days. Durian cakes, specifically, should be kept in the freezer or consumed immediately for the best taste.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Changes to order details or delivery addresses can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time by contacting our customer service team.
